When is the cut off for next-day delivery?

The cut off to receive your order next working day is 1pm.

I ordered on a Friday after 1pm, when will I receive my order?

Any non-personalised orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched the following Monday, to be with you on Tuesday.

What classes as a working day?

Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.

When will I receive my personalised order?

If ordered before 12PM, your order will be dispatched same day to reach you the next working day. If ordered after 12PM, your order will be dispatched the next working day.

Are there any countries you don't deliver to?

We offer worldwide delivery, up to 200 countries. If you would like to enquire about a specific country, please get in touch.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We kindly ask that you allow up to 14 days from dispatch to receive your order. This is only an estimate, and can be much quicker, or longer. Please get in touch if you are worried about an order.
